There are two kinds of habits. One that we do everyday - having meals, brushing the teeth and sleeping x hours everyday. We do them without overthinking it. Then there are other ‘habits’ we start because of an overnight inspiration or a pep talk we listened to on YouTube. But motivation of this kind rarely lasts long - unless it is coupled with discipline. So within a few days or weeks, our newly found habits gradually disappear from our lives for the foreseeable future.
